What we collect - Identity & contact: name, email address, telephone, postcode, project address. - Project information: description, photos and measurements supplied for quoting. - Correspondence: emails, text messages and call notes. - Technical: IP address, browser type and basic analytics on page use. ## 3\. How we use it - Responding to enquiries and producing written quotes (lawful basis: legitimate interest / contract). - Delivering and invoicing for agreed work (lawful basis: contract). - Meeting legal, tax and insurance obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation). - Improving our services (lawful basis: legitimate interest). ## 4\. Who sees your data We never sell your data. We share it only with: - Members of the Philbert Construction team working on your project. - Specialist subcontractors (electricians, plumbers) when required for the agreed scope. - Our accountants and HMRC where legally required. - Our website host and email provider acting under written processor agreements. ## 5\. How long we keep it Quote enquiries that don't proceed are deleted within 12 months. Client records (contracts, invoices, project documentation) are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and insurance requirements, then securely destroyed. ## 6\.
