Step 1 — Same-day reply. Send the form or call and one of the team (usually Jack) will come back to you the same working day. We confirm we cover your postcode, ask a couple of clarifying questions and book in a site visit at a time that suits you — evenings and Saturdays included.
Step 2 — Free site visit. We drive out, walk the project with you, measure up, take photos and listen properly. No-one chases you afterwards with sales calls — if it isn't right for you, it isn't right for us either.
Step 3 — Itemised written quote in 48 hours. Labour, materials, timings, exclusions and payment milestones all on one page. The price you sign is the price you pay; the only changes are the variations you ask for in writing.
Step 4 — Schedule and start. Once you accept, we agree firm start and finish dates, order materials in advance and set up dust sheets, walkways and waste plans before lifting a single tool.
